TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE:        
 During transportation, severe mechanical impact , solarization & drench should be avoided, the luminaire could not be placed upside down, strongly against throwing, rolling and hard press. 
 Storage warehouse should be dry, clean and draughty, No corrosive medium, ambient temperature should be around 0-40ºC, keep away from fire and heat source.  
 
OPEN PACKAGE AND INSPECTION: 
Before you open the package, check if there's any damage of the carton. After opening the carton, please check the enclosed technical data sheet such as User Manual etc. and confirm all the accessories are safe and sound.     
Product Structure Characteristics:
Waterproof, heat shunt structure, which ensures LED Module works under a safe and reliable environment, furthermore, this helps to reduce light degradation and improve LED lifespan. The structure also features a reflector of light distribution principle, improvement of light distribution, extending of lighting scope and better visual effect.

Installation during rainy days is not recommended.
 
The main power cable which is near to terminal of street light is provided by client, please make sure that the cable type is  3G1.0mm2  core H05RR-F , H05RN-F or 60245 IEC57 .
 
CAUTION
 Do not connect the chain to the supply while it is in the packing unless the packing has been adapted for display purpose;
 Disconnect from main power supply prior to installation,Ensure the fixture is properly grounded.
 Do not use rough stuff or cleanser product cause it will damage the crust;meanwhile, don't wash the product using high-pressure water.
 The System includes unreplacable spares and the maintaince service is unavailable. Please abandon it if the spare is damaged
 Installation and maintenance of the fixture must be carried out by qualified technicians.
 Suggest end-user fix arrester in the position of connect.
 All screws must be locked up very well to ensure all the parts connect tightly.
 Replace any cracked protective shield of toughened glass with size : 240X165X4mm for 30 street light, 331X243X4mm for 60 & 90 street light,  411X323X4mm for 120 & 150 street light,  567X323X4mm for 180 & 210 street light.

THE DOS AND DON'TS:

2) Before installation, make sure the luminaire and all accessory are perfect, no damage. 
3) Before installation, must switch off the power grid, live line work is strictly prohibited. 
4) Handle with care & Make sure Wiring is correct. 
5) To assure LED Module lifespan, please do not change the power supply by yourself. 
6) To assure safety of power supply and better effect of lighting protection, earth wire of Power supply and Power grid are well connected. In case of no power grid earth wire, the power supply earth wire should be connected with the lamp post. 
7) This is maintenance free product, in case of maintenance is need, please co ntact us. 
8) After instal lation, please confirm the luminaire was fixed firmly to the lamp post.   
 
Common faulty and solution
If the luminaire doesn't work, please check whether the power supply is connected and the switch is turned on.
If the luminaire always turns on and off, please check whether the power supply is not connected well or loose.
Notice: if the solutions above still don't work, please contact the expert on luminaire to repair it.
If any question, please consult the engieer holding the qualified certificate.
